IF you think you’re having a bad day, spare a thought for these clumsy animals who’ve had their share of bad luck.
From a lion losing grip on a tree to a beaver getting stuck in a fence and a duck slipping on ice in Dortmund in Germany, these animals have been photographed at their most embarrassing moments.
A photo of a Saint Bernard named Ruckus from New York revealed the aftermath of his encounter with a porcupine that got too close. It left his mouth filled with spiky quils.
Some of them were just in the wrong place at the wrong time like a baby elephant, that was pooed on by one of its parents in South Africa’s Kruger Park.
Velcro, a six-month-old rescue cat from Pennsylvania in the US, unfortunately got tangled in-between his catsitter’s broken blinds for a fifth time in just three weeks.
Mick, a savanna monitor lizard from Trappe in Pennsylvania, accidentally swallowed a whole silver teaspoon while his owner was feeding him with it.
A cat named Sam from the same area in the US also got stuck in a drain, with its wet head poking out.
The fire brigade were called to save Millie, a dog who got stuck on a roof in the UK village of Wythall, while a horse named Daisy was pictured getting stuck in an unmarked well.
Some of the animals were a bit too adventurous like the Golden Lion Tamarin that got its head completely stuck in a camera at Marwell Zoo in the UK county of Hampshire.
A fox also managed to face-plant while in Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, and landed head first in a pile of snow.
A bear from Alaska was also captured on film as it failed to catch a fish. Instead, it slapped him in the face at Brooks Falls in Katmai National Park & Preserve.
His near-miss was up there with a seagull that struggled to eat a piece of bread that ended up all over its face before it ate the entire slice.
