Nick Kyrgios’s manager has shared a horrifying example of the kind of abuse he is subjected to being part of one of sport’s most famous entourages.

A former real estate agent, Daniel Horsfall has been friends with the tennis megastar since childhood when they played basketball and only became his manager in mid-2022.

Credited as being part of the team that helped Kyrgios through one of his toughest periods, Horsfall it seems is not immune to the sickening trolling directed at so many people in the spotlight.

Just days after Aussie legend Todd Woodbridge shared a disgusting slur he received about his heart attack last year, Horsfall shared sample email which he says is “pretty light on” compared to what he usually cops.

“So you are the human wart who manages nick (sic) the filthy grub? What a f*****g c******d you must be eh? No ashamed? Not embarrassed? You f****g should be you worthless POS.

“Can you not get the c*** to shut up? One day he will take his half witted act too far and someone will finish him for good. Can’t wait for that day. Hope you go down in the same manner you f****g grub.

“You have children? A family? They must be so proud of you.

“Fly away now and get a real job. C******d.”

A devastated Kyrgios announced his withdrawal for his home grand slam 24 hours before he was due to take to the court for his opening round clash.

Asked for an update on her partner’s condition, Hatzi spoke with Channel 9 to say he was coping.

“He loves representing Australia,” she said. But it was a tough decision.

“He tried to give himself the best chance to make the right decision, but unfortunately his knee just wasn’t 100 per cent and he couldn’t perform to the best of his ability.

“It was a very tough decision.
