TRAINER-DRIVER Justin Prentice and owner Kody Charles combined to dominate the last part of the Gloucester Park program on Friday night, winning two of the last three races.
Miss Madoff destroyed her rivals to win the Cleanteligent-The Westralian Mares Pace (1730m) and the final event the Westralian Innovations- Your Results 3YO Fillies Pace (2130m) was won by Where Dreams Grow.
Kept safe Miss Madoff was sent out as a $2.50 favourite.
Starting from barrier 4 Miss Madoff was three wide for the first 300m before settling outside the leader Ace Of Cards.
Going to the front 400m from home Miss Madoff made her rivals look second rate running away to win by five-and-a-half lengths.
A daughter of McArdle, Miss Madoff is owned by Charles along with his father Kevin and his mother Annette.
“I thought she would win like she did,” Prentice said.
“The good thing is there is still a fair bit of improvement in her.
“Kody bought her as a broodmare proposition and decided to race her a few times to try and get some of his money back and after tonight he’s got the lot back. I reckon he might give her a few more starts while she is racing like she is before sending her off to stud.”
Two races later Prentice and Charles combined to win the final event with Where Dreams Grow, leading all-the-way to triumph.
Drifting on the tote to start at $2.70 Where Dreams Grow won the start and led before kicking away from her rivals to win by a sulkys length running home the last 800m in a quick 57.7 sec mile rating 1.58.7 in the process.
Where Dreams Grow has now won at her last three outings at Pinjarra, Bunbury and now Gloucester Park respectively and looks destined for bigger things.
What made the meeting extra sweet for Charles was that his mother, father and himself combined to win the Our Mate Erin Stevens Pace (1730m) with Say It Now.
Trained by Kevin Charles, Say It Now was heavily-supported late on the tote from $2.70 into $1.60 favourite in the process recording his third win within the space of his last five starts.
