Was very impressive taking out the Ajax Stakes over 1500m at Rosehill last start. A talented galloper, It’s Somewhat steps up to 2000m here but this should pose no problems for the gelding. He is taking on a field of stayers being prepared for the Sydney Cup, horses that haven’t won in a long time and others who are out of their grade. A clear top pick.

The market will tell the story — all I can say is that his trials have been as good as you could get from a beaten horse (no pun intended).
