SuperCoach Racing 2021: Three must have horses for Round 3

With only two Group 1 races in Round 3 of SuperCoach Racing, Jett Hatton reveals which horses to pick from the Caulfield Cup and The Everest.

We’ve got a huge day of racing ahead of us for Round 3 and I’m confident that you will need a few Chris Waller-trained gallopers to maximise your points this weekend.

Note: As well as the Caulfield Cup, The Everest is also worth Group 1 points.

NATURE STRIP ($500,000)
Race: The TAB Everest (1200m)
He’s not cheap at the $500,000 but I’m confident he’ll be winning The Everest, and for that, he’s got to go in. Think he’ll slide across to settle outside Eduardo and produce a similar effort to what we saw in the TJ Smith Stakes. He’ll be my skipper this week.

INCENTIVISE ($250,000)
Race: Group 1 Caulfield Cup (2400m)
This bloke picks himself. The Caulfield Cup is his race to lose and while his price has gone up, $250,000 is still money for jam in a race worth 40 points to the winner.

FANGIRL ($75,000)
Race: Listed Reginald Allen Quality (1400m)
Thought enough of this mare to tip her in the Group 1 Flight Stakes, but connections opted to scratch with this race in mind. She looks the one to beat and is cheap as chips, taking just $75,000 out of your cap.
