Finds a winnable race after pair of thirds at Moe and Ballarat. Nice draw and gets chance to breakthrough.

NEXT BEST

MIYAZAKI (R4 No.5 – $2.40)

Runner-up on debut at Mornington behind Fashion Avenue. Extra distance and Brian Higgins rides a lot of work for the stable.

FASHION AVENUE (R7 No.12 – $9)

Will get a good lead on what Miyazaki does in race 4. They ran one-two at Mornington last start. Can win again.

VALUE BET

TALLANDOON (R2 No.5 – $7.50)

Nice debut at Swan Hill when overcame wide draw to finish fourth after sitting on speed at odds. Should find the front easier here and be hard to catch.

DUKE OF NEWORLEANS (R6 No.2 – $7.50)

Bit of a headscratcher this horse but good enough would see him right in the finish.
