Last week … Four winners. Ray Thomas and Matt Jones kept punters waiting until the last at Randwick but were spot on with Rubisaki ($2.90). Shayne O’Cass was back in the winners’ circle with Colette ($3), while Michael Manley delivered with Diamond Effort ($3.50). Nathan Exelby has headed for a break on a winning note after Get Stuck In ($1.90) saluted.

COSMIC FORCE (Race 5, No. 1 — $3.50)
Drew wide and was never on the track when unplaced in The Galaxy. Forget he went around last star. He has since gone back to the barrier trials and bolted in by more than seven lengths. Very talented colt, handles soft tracks and well placed at set weights against his own age.

FASIKA (Race 10, No. 7 — $4.40)
Very good sprinter who turned in an eye-catcher in much harder class last start in The Galaxy. This is much more to her liking and she looks ready to win.

SHAYNE O’CASS (Sportsman). Form: 28521
SEE YOU SOON (Race 4, No. 3 — $8)
Was reluctant to load prior to the Golden Slipper and duly missed the start in what ended up being a leader-dominated race. Did well to beat half the field home that day and has always shown a touch of class. Well up to a race like this if she’s in the right mood.

DARREN PRENDERGAST (NewsRacing). Form: 81213
COLETTE (Race 6, No. 4 — $3)
Continued her impressive rise through the ranks with runaway win in the Adrian Knox Stakes. Has an excellent turn of foot and will be motoring home.

Will find this a much easier assignment than when fourth in the Tulloch behind Derby winner Quick Thinker.
