The Rio Tinto Wildcats Academy side were no match for a well drilled Canberra side in their semi final clash out on Court 4.
The Wildcats struggled to keep pace all game and never mounted a serious threat to the group from the capital.
Canberra showed their class and ran away victors in a landslide 83-39 scoreline.
Joondalup kept their cool in a comfortable win, downing East Perth 71-34.
Warwick held off Binar to claim a hard fought win in their final contest of the tournament, besting their opponents 52-45.
The final match of the day was another close clash between Canberra and Cockburn.
Unable to put the ball in the net when it mattered, Canberra were felled in a 66-57 affair.

It’s a big day for both Canberra teams on Court 4 as they look to finish their week’s work at the BA U18 Club Championships on a winning note.
The boys play twice, first up against Rio Tinto Wildcats Academy before ending the day late on with a clash against Cockburn Cougars.

The girls take to the court at 12.30pm (AEST) to take on Tassie Tigers.
The day opens with an all-WA boys showdown between Kalamunda Eastern Suns and East Perth Eagles. Both teams were beaten in the quarterfinals on Friday, with the loser of this one backing up later in the day for the 7th and 8th playoff.
The other game features the girls showdown between Warwick Senators and Binar.
