RACE 1
Satin’s Legacy is from the first crop of dual Group 1 winner King’s Legacy from the Gimcrack winner, Satin Slipper, and is half-sister to stakes winner I Am Unstoppable. Led and won her Randwick trial then ridden with cover when a closing third in her Kensington heat. Tempted is by Street Boss from Magic Night winner Calliope and is a half-sister to Kallos. Sat off speed and worked home nicely when a nose second to In Limbo in her Dec 10 Rosehill trial. Daphnes is the first foal of Stakes winner Athiri by Street Boss. Was a handy third in that Rosehill heat.
Bet: Satin’s Legacy to win
RACE 2
Hurry Miss produced an encouraging effort on debut when a strong closing length-and-a-quarter third to Juste Un Clou over 1200m at Kembla in late August. Settled last before storming home in the straight to beat Triple Yes in her Kensington trial on Dec 9. Smother sat midfield before taking an inside run when a three-quarter length fifth to Arriving Home over 1100m here on Dec 4. Will appreciate the step up to 1300m. Now Is The Hour was spelled after his debut to Clear Proof on the Kensington in July. Trialling well and will make his presence felt.
Bet: Hurry Miss to win

RACE 3
So Sleek deserves a win after placing in four of his six runs this campaign. Shuffled back to second last midrace, he had to push out passing the 400m and ran on nicely to finish a neck second to Casual Connection in a Midway over 2000m at Rosehill last start. Drops back in grade and step up to 2200m looks ideal. Impunity was rewarded for his good form with a win from That’s Outstanding over 2100m at Hawkesbury three weeks ago. Placed his previous three and will be prominent again. Investment has been good in her three runs this time in and ready for the step up in distance.
Bet: So Sleek to win
RACE 4
Wondereach has a terrific first-up record with two wins and second from four start and can add to it here. Jumped smartly and lead all-the-way to win his Dec 3 Canterbury trial by over a length from Zoubaby. Two of his four wins have been at this trip. Cosmonova ended last campaign with back-to-back wins at Canterbury and Rosehill. Won first-up over this trip two preparations ago. Under a hold when seventh to Wondereach in that trial. Rantan scored a handy win at Hawkesbury before her fifth at Canterbury last start.
Bet: Wondereach to win
RACE 5
Piggyback debuted with a three-quarter length win from Subarctic at Gosford 12 months ago and then kicked off her second campaign with a win over 1410m at Orange before going on to win at Randwick three starts later. Closed strongly to win her Canterbury trial and can start her third campaign on a high note. Sly Boots will take improvement from his first-up closing third to Codetta over 1250m at Canterbury. Ended last preparation with a fourth in the Group 3 Spring Stakes at Newcastle. Huesca didn’t handle the heavy track at Canterbury first-up. Will appreciate getting back on a dry track and has a strong second-up record.
Bet: Piggyback to win

RACE 6
Happy Saturday was good in his first two runs back from a spell at Hawkesbury when fifth and fourth over 1300m respectively. Appreciate the step up to 1600m at Wyong where he ran a track record. Drawn wide but will be strong again. War Star resumed with a third behind Candlewick and First Mission over 1200m at Wyong before stepping to the mile and leading all-the-way for a big maiden win at Hawkesbury. Malabar has placed two of five first-up including a second over 1550m. His other fresh runs have been over shorter trips.
Bet: Happy Saturday each-way
RACE 7
Up To Mischief started her career with three wins in the country before jumping up to metro company at Caulfield. Drops in weight from her first-up second to Joyner at Canterbury. Ragga Ragga had trialled well before failing at her first two starts as favourite. Bounced back third-up with an all-the-way win here in July. Resumed with a close third to Queen Of The Mile at Canterbury. Slinky closed well for a half-length second to Codetta over 1200m at Kembla then raced keenly when fourth to Queen Of The Mile over 1100m last start.
Bet: Up To Mischief to win
