Good efforts with a first-up win and a second to Deprivation both here. RUSH ATTACK (8) scored a good win at Kempsey in late July was followed by a close second to Inferencia over this track and distance and a nose second to Kervette at Wyong. DRACO’S FIRE (3) will take improvement from his first-up second to Spanish Fox at Hawkesbury.
BET: Manhattan’s to win.

RACE 3: MAIDEN PLATE (900m)
ZOUBABY (11) was just behind the placegetters at his first two starts including a fourth to Clean Energy Warwick Farm then finished fourth to Lazzura in the Listed Woodlands Stakes at Scone in May. Trialling well. OCEAN JOY (10) is a debutant by Headwater. Showed blitzed her rivals by nearly 12 lengths in her Scone trial before a being held to the line when second in her Wyong heat. SIR TOM (2) has placed 13 from 19. Just beaten by Winning Proposal over 900m here last start before a spell.
