Tried hard behind an impressive winner second-up. He’ll be fitter and should be hard to run down here.

NEXT BEST
LI’L BRAZEN (Race 2 No. 10 – $6)
Well held at both winter runs but her recent jumpouts indicate she is set to improve this time in.

CLINCHED (Race 8 No. 5 – $5)
Has been solid in two runs back from a long spell. He’s down in class for this and should go close again.

VALUE BET
LADY CEDERBERG (Race 6 No. 5 – $7.50)
Ran on well when not far away at Swan Hill. She has blinkers on for this and can improve at Bairnsdale.
