Dean and Adam Watt of Dynamic Syndications have five good chances across two meetings with a couple they feel are over the odds.

“It’s nice to be going to a meeting in town thinking you have four nice each-way chances,” Adam Watt said.

“If we get a little bit of luck on the day. Hopefully we can bring home a winner or two.”

Watt was pleased with the first-up runs of both Jack Duggan and Jumeirah Beach and feel the pair ready to make their presence felt in their respective assignments at Kensington on Wednesday.

Jack Duggan will step out in the Benchmark 72 (1550m) after a solid run when resuming at Newcastle on June 29.

After going back from his wide draw, the gelding closed strongly to finish fifth behind Nanshe over 1400m.

“He was super first-up at Newcastle. It was a career personal best performance from him,” Watt said.

“We have finally worked out how to ride him. You just have to ride him cold and allow him to finish off.”

Jumeirah Beach finished eighth behind Emmadella when resuming in the Midway Handicap at Rosehill that same day but there was plenty of merit to his performance according to Watt and is a nice chance in the Benchmark 72 (1400m).

“He was equally as good first-up in town on a really unsuitable wet track. He hates those heavy tracks and he had an interrupted passage all the way up the straight,” he said.

“Nash (Rawiller) was really taken by the way he finished off considering the circumstances.

“He has drawn a good gate this week over 1400m second-up and getting on to an improving track will suit him.”

Two-year-old Axius has connections excited by what he has shown in training and his trials and they are looking forward to his debut.

“He is a really promising colt on debut.

“He is potentially very good and we are excited to see what he can produce,” Watt said.

“When Nash is prepared to waste to ride him in town on a Wednesday it says something.”

Three-year-old filly It’s A Knockout is another debutant who is pleasing everyone according to Watt.

“He two trials have been great. She had no room in her recent heat but her first trial was enormous and the form out of it has been good.”

Rapt will be scratched from Kensington to run in the Grafton Guineas.

“This has been a targeted plan with her for a little while now. We just thought the weight scale suited her with 54 kilos,” he said.
