This is the brutal moment Cristiano Ronaldo snubs Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher ahead of Manchester United’s clash with Liverpool.
The hilarious incident occurred moments before Tuesday morning’s blockbuster Premier League battle at Old Trafford, The Sun reports.
Liverpool icon Carragher was on punditry duty alongside United legends Gary Neville and Roy Keane when Ronaldo gate-crashed the talk.
Host Dave Jones exclaimed: “The main man is here tonight.”
Ronaldo, 37, first blanked Carragher’s attempt at a handshake as he instead embraced Neville.
The former Real Madrid star then ignored Carragher again as he moved around him to greet Keane.
Jones asked Ronaldo: “Do you want a word with us?”, as Keane added: “Good to see you Cristiano!”
But Ronaldo was already on his way back to the warm-up, leaving Carragher smiling at the snub.
Carragher has been a vocal critic of Ronaldo since his return to Manchester United last year.
And fans thought the veteran striker’s reaction at Old Trafford was hilarious.
Ex-Red Devil Rio Ferdinand joked: “Cristiano absolutely blanking Carragher there.
“Had you doing a 360 like the old days.”
One said: “Loooool Ronaldo blanked Jamie Carragher.”
Another wrote: “Ronaldo blanking Carragher gonna be highlight of the match.”
One laughed: “Ronaldo left Carragher hanging.”
Another added: “Ronaldo showed Carragher zero respect there.”
