Leeds, whose squad includes Brazilian attacker Raphinha and England international Kalvin Phillips, are 16th on the Premier League ladder and five points above the relegation zone.
Aston Villa, who are coached by Liverpool great Steven Gerrard and whose squad includes Brazilian midfielder Douglas Luiz and his countryman Philippe Coutinho, who is on loan from Barcelona, are three points ahead of Leeds on the Premier League table.
Leeds, the former home of Socceroos legends Mark Viduka and Harry Kewell, also toured Australia in 2019 when they met Manchester United in Perth and the Western Sydney Wanderers in Sydney.
Manchester United and Crystal Palace are also touring Australia this year, with the teams to meet at the MCG on July 15.
United will also play Melbourne Victory at the MCG on July 15.
