Adelaide United football operations, coaches, players and staff are about to be stood down
Adelaide United will follow A-League clubs Perth Glory, Brisbane Roar and Central Coast and will stand down its entire football operations from Wednesday due to the coronavirus crisis.

Adelaide United has stood down all football operations including coaches, players and staff immediately because of the coronavirus pandemic.
The club joins Perth Glory, Brisbane Roar and Central Coast in temporarily shutting down its entire operation after football staff were notified on Tuesday night of the decision.
Adelaide has been in limbo since the A-League was last week postponed at least until April 22.
Football Federation Australia officials are then expected reconvene to make a decision whether its season where United had five games before the end of the season would continue.
It’s understood Adelaide chief executive Nathan Kosmina is keen to address all staff concerned on Wednesday morning.
Adelaide has been contacted for comment.
