Just two and a half months after he was forced to take a break because of mental health issues, Will Pucovski is set for a Test call up. And there’s one person in particular that’s helped him turn the corner.

Aussie Test bolter Will Pucovski credits the woman who helped Dustin Martin achieve peak performance for his improved mental health.
The Victorian 20-year-old will be named inAustralia’s Test squad to face Sri Lanka, just two and a half months after he was forced to take a break from the game because of mental health issues.
Pucovski told Fox Sports journalist Tom Morris on the Follow On Podcast he had turned the corner and he was enjoying life and cricket again.
He now meditates daily and speaks with mindfulness coach Emma Murray, who worked with Martin and Richmond during its premiership year, regularly.
Pucovski returned to the state cricket field in early December and has been playing premier cricket with Melbourne.
In his latest outing he was not out for 83 in Melbourne’s win over St Kilda last month.
