Who will replace David Warner as Australia’s Test opener?

FEARLESS PREDICTIONS
Daniel Cherny says: There is no perfect call but Bancroft probably deserves the first shot against the Windies on a very short leash. Green’s chance will arrive soon enough.
Robert Craddock says: I would elevate Steve Smith and bring Green in at four but I just sense that move may be a bit too bold for the panel.
Ben Horne says: I would elevate Smith given he wants the challenge of opening but would also be comfortable with Green slotting into Warner’s spot because I think he should be the next batsman chosen.
