From David Warner’s brilliant hundred to Usman Khawaja’s second-innings 90 and the quicks exploiting a tricky pitch, Australia had few concerns as it wrapped up the West Test inside four days.

And, as attention turns to Melbourne and the Boxing Day Test, the signs are very ominous for Pakistan.
