The summer of cricket is in full swing as we head to the Hobart for the fifth and final Test between England and Australia.

To celebrate the 2021-22 series, News Corp has introduced Tip & Run – an Ashes tipping competition exclusive to News Corp subscribers, who get the chance to win $2000 each Test.

So if you think you can beat your mates in a battle of cricket knowledge, this is the competition for you.

HOW TO ENTER:

2. Make your pick for every question based on your prediction of how the match will play out.

3. Don’t forget to answer the tie-breaker question and add a team name that will be displayed on the Leaderboard.

4. Press the “Submit your Picks” button to enter -- it will change to “Tips Saved” once you’ve done so successfully.

Tip & Run - Winners

Congratulations to the following teams for taking out first prize for each edition of Tip & Run:

  • MacGills Marching Powder was level with four other teams after the first test on 9/13 but his tiebreaker question guess of 867 runs was just shy of the actual 889 total.
  • Little Monsters was the outright leader at the end of the second Test in Adelaide with a score of 12/14.
  • The Boxing Day Test saw eleven teams tied on 8/10 at the end. It came down to the tiebreaker question which saw SAB's guess of 800 runs closest to the tiny 520 total.
  • Marcorna Barbarians finished outright first with a solid 9/10 for the Sydney Test. The only question he got incorrect was the top English run scorer for the match.
