The shamelessly self-promoting Sadie Santana, who has watched the Lakers go from bad to worse in the opening five games of the season, tweeted that she’s prepared to stump up her own form of incentive to get the team back on the winners’ list.
She tweeted an offer to the Lakers to perform certain acts on the entire team if it managed to achieve her set target of victories.
The Lakers have lost their first five games of the season, with their closest loss coming on Wednesday in a 106-112 result against Phoenix.
Given the season is 82 games long for each team, the Lakers now have 77 games to make that happen.
Sadly for Kobe Bryant and his teammates, on current form Santana’s bet is as safe as houses.
Los Angeles next takes on the Charlotte Bobcats, who most recently beat last season’s NBA finalists the Miami Heat.
