BEN Simmons makes basketball look far too easy.

The LSU Tigers forward has been labelled one of the best college players in the league, and is likely to take the first pick in the 2016 NBA draft. And for good reason.

Playing against Oklahoma Sooners at Pete Maravich Assembly Centre, Simmons set the court on fire with yet another reminder that he is very, very good at the hoop game.

With his side leading 48-38 in the second half, Simmons had the ball outside the three-point line, and was relatively covered by the defence.

However driving to the hoop, the defensive player marking the young Aussie star had no chance of stopping him, as Simmons opened up for a huge double-handed reverse dunk.

The score sent fans in the stadium into hysterics, and stunned followers on Twitter, with hundreds of tweets in awe of the two-handed slam.

At the half-time break, LSU led Oklahoma 44-36, however they were unable to hold their dominance, going down in a heartbreaking 77-75 loss to the Sooners.

Simmons finished the match with 14 points, nine rebounds and five assists in the defeat which saw the Tigers drop to a win-loss record of 13-8.
