It was all about Eddie Betts on Sunday night as he put on a classic display to celebrate his 300th game.
The highlight was an extraordinary left-foot banana goal from the boundary but this historic moment was missed by a couple of his mates.
Brodie Smith, who had the honour of running through the banner with Eddie given he was celebrating his 150th on the same night, had no idea about the goal.

“Unfortunately I was in a bit of a tussle helping my mate Lairdy out, so I missed it,” Smith revealed afterwards.
“He copped a hit behind the ball so I had to help him out, so I was down on the ground with Lairdy … I’ll have to go to the highlights to see it.
“He copped one behind the ball and I turned around and saw him on the ground and instinct kicked in so I went to help my mate.”
Smith was happy to play second fiddle to the much-loved Betts who kicked six goals in the Crows thrashing of the Gold Coast Suns.
“Eddie took the limelight as he should and this week being his 300th made my 150th really special to be able to share that with him,” Smith said.

Gary Ayres is renowned as one of the toughest players to have pulled on a jumper.
Many tried to catch up with him during his decorated 269-game career with Hawthorn but mostly without success.
A rogue infection has done what many opponents couldn’t and knocked the two-time Norm Smith Medallist for six.
Ayres, 58, was forced to hand over the reins of Port Melbourne on Saturday because of the infection which had put him in hospital on a drip since Thursday.
In his absence assistant coach Trent McMicking took over on what was a big day for the Borough with the first game at the newly redeveloped Adcon Stadium.
Ayresy would have been proud with Port defeating Box Hill by four goals. He is expected to return to work for tomorrow night’s main training session.
KP TO HIT THE SCREEN
Documentary makers love a hook and the upcoming Ashes series is set to see the release of two films focusing on the rise and fall of one of the greatest England teams.

Initially KP was focused only on the Sky special entitled ‘The Kevin Pietersen Story’ which covered all aspects of his controversial career.
But he has now been persuaded to take part in ‘The Edge’ which focuses on the rise and then spectacularly fall of the English team who rose to the top of the world rankings before their bitter and acrimonious collapse at the 2013-14 Ashes.
KP only agreed to the film, which has been done by former England Cricket Board digital media editor, Barney Douglas, after being assured it wasn’t all about his sacking or involvement in one of the darkest times in English cricket.
