RICHMOND key forward Ben Griffiths has suffered a fresh injury blow in just his second game back from repeated concussions.
Griffiths came from Punt Rd Oval in the opening minutes of the second term clutching his right shoulder in Richmond’s VFL clash against Collingwood this morning.

He was assisted from the ground with the assistance of the trainers and has not reappeared.
Griffiths had problems with shoulder injuries early in his career before repeated head knocks forced him to take a break from the game.
The news came a day after injury-cursed St Kilda midfielder Nathan Freeman suffered another setback.
Freeman had put together a string of good performances after repeated hamstring injuries but went down with an ankle injury in the opening minutes of Sandringham’s 37-point win over Geelong.
