It was the heartwarming moment that put some much needed perspective on North Melbourne’s Good Friday shocker.

rown and Grace detailed how she owed her life to the Royal Children’s Hospital in helping her beat leukaemia, after being diagnosed when she was only six.
“She fought that and you won, didn’t you, Grace,” Brown said.
“And now you are cured.”
Grace said: “The Royal Children’s Hospital saved my life.”
Brown added: “Today is an amazing day … but especially for us, because they (the Royal Children’s Hospital) are the reason that Grace is still here with us today.”
Essendon also took young Bombers fans — Jack and James — from the Royal Children’s Hospital into John Worsfold’s press conference.
James said: “I thought we played well, I was saying to my dad, if there was a best player on the ground in every game, I would pick Dylan Shiel. I reckon he probably played his best footy for Essendon that I have seen. Hopefully we go strong for the rest of the season.”
Jack said: “I was hoping to get over 100 (points) and we did. We got really excited and I got a little too much lollies.”
