NICK Maxwell gathered his 2010 Collingwood premiership teammates for a reunion luncheon at Giorgios Restaurant in Armadale on Saturday.
“We always do this once a year,” the premiership skipper said.
“A lot of our boys went their separate ways and the team sort of broke up pretty quickly (in the years after the win), but it is always great to see them back together again.”

Most of the team, including president Eddie McGuire, attended, while there were a few apologies for those who could not be there for a variety of reasons.
Jarryd Blair, Steele Sidebottom and Luke Ball had other engagements, Heritier Lumumba was away, Alan Toovey was working in Merimbula, while Dayne Beams was in Queensland.

Former Magpie turned Blue Dale Thomas posted a photo of the reunion on his Instagram page, with the cheeky line: “A premiership reunion not a bucks party. #similarcarryon #2010”
