Will Nat Fyfe’s injury force us to trade the Fremantle superstar? Who are the main targets?
NAT Fyfe sent shockwaves through the AFL (and SuperCoach) world on Sunday when he went down with a hamstring injury. Do we trade the Dockers’ superstar? Who are the top replacements?

NAT Fyfe sent shockwaves through the AFL (and SuperCoach) world on Sunday when he went down with a hamstring injury.
How serious Fyfe’s ‘string is we don’t know but if the Fremantle captain is out for more than two weeks he must be traded out.
So who is capable of filling in and in the worst case scenario who are the best trade targets.
If you’ve got Paul Ahern, you’d be confident of the young Kangaroos producing ... if he keeps his place in the team. He impressed in the loss to Essendon and should hold his spot.
Fyfe’s Dockers teammate Stef Giro is another popular cash cow who should see a spike in midfield minutes with the skipper out but a 63 in Round 15 doesn’t fill us with confidence.
Finally, if you’re well prepared you might still have the likes of Tim Kelly or Nick Holman and while Holman can be up and down, they are both strong fill-ins until Fyfe returns.
But what if we need to trade?
CLAYTON OLIVER ($545,200, Mid)
A season-low 59 against St Kilda saw Oliver’s price drop this week and it will continue to do so for a couple of weeks to come. However, he’s a proven scorer and is still in only 25 per cent of teams.
ANDREW GAFF ($524,200, Mid)
The Eagles star is pretty cheap for his output. An impressive 136 in West Coast’s loss to Adelaide showed what he’s capable of after a couple of down weeks. He remains in just 6.7 per cent of teams.

LACHIE NEALE ($568,300, Mid)
Neale could be a double-edged sword. He’ll get more of the ball but also more of the opposition’s attention. A three-week average of 127 is sure to attract many and see his ownership of 7 per cent skyrocket.
JOEL SELWOOD ($523,300, Mid)
On this list purely for reliability. Selwood has played every game this season and averaged 107 along the way to be the eighth best scorer overall. The Cats’ captain is capable of going big as Dangerfield and Ablett draw rival taggers.
JOSH KENNEDY ($549,900, Mid)
The Swans captain has been on a tear in recent weeks, averaging 123 in the past month. A showdown against Geelong looms, a clash which should be a contested ball-fest, something Kennedy thrives in. In 6.7 per cent of teams.
