The SuperCoach community is facing a nervous wait after footage emerged of Gold Coast young gun Izak Rankine icing his hamstring at halftime against Sydney.
Rankine didn’t return to the field in the second half and he now faces a race against time to be fit for Round 1.
The forward was looking like the ideal cash cow to start the new season, with SuperCoaches lining up to take advantage.

Rankine was in 25 per cent of teams, all of which will now keep an eye on the injury report and may have to complete some wheeling and dealing.
Check out the players who caught our eye and all the SuperCoach scores below.
ANTHONY MILES — MID — $342,000 35 POINTS
Should the 16 per cent of SuperCoaches with the former Tiger be worried? Miles was far from dominant against the Swans, finishing with 35 points from 77 per cent of game time. At this price, we simply need more than that. The idea behind Miles was that he would thrive with increased opportunity. That wasn’t the case across the JLT Series.
PETER WRIGHT — FWD — $306,400 103 POINTS
He is in next to no teams and comes with an awkward price tag but is the SuperCoach community missing a trick with ‘Two Metre Peter’? He was absolutely everywhere on Sunday, finishing with 17 disposals, seven marks, 18 hitouts and two goals. It’s a big ask to expect him to keep this up but he is one to keep an eye on.
CALLUM MILLS — DEF — $428,900 93 POINTS
He comes with a discount after last year’s injury blow and Callum Mills is building nicely ahead of Round 1. He had 22 touches and eight marks against the Suns. Plenty of SuperCoaches were hoping Mills would spend more time in the middle this year. However, he didn’t attend a centre bounce on Sunday.
