AN AFL commentator in Adelaide has issued an apology after a fight with the Crows media boss accidentally went to air.
Stephen Rowe, who played 29 games for Adelaide from 1991-95 and works for radio station FIVEaa, lost his cool over statements from the club about its long list of injured stars.

Shouting could clearly be heard in the background as Mark Bickley tried to deliver his halftime analysis during the Adelaide vs Western Bulldogs match on Friday night.
Rowe has issued an apology for the incident: “I wish to make an unreserved apology to Crows GM of media Ian Shuttleworth — great fella, known him for years.

“There was a halftime bust-up in our commentary box over certain frustrations. I was completely at fault. It was unprofessional. We both would’ve preferred it stay private and on a commercial level, so we move on.
“It was completely my fault. I had a bad moment.”
FIVEaa breakfast host Will Goodings said the source of the disagreement was “ongoing tension between the Adelaide Football Club and sections of the media regarding accusations they haven’t been entirely transparent with reporting of injuries.”
The Crows have been hit by a spate of injuries this season. Stars currently sidelined include captain Taylor Walker, Rory Sloane, Mitch McGovern and brothers Matt and Brad Crouch.
