He’s already nabbed an All-Australian blazer and key Lion Harris Andrews’ golden week was further boosted with the young Brisbane defender named captain of the AFLPA 22Under22 team.

Harris Andrews’ stature as one of the game’s best young players has been further stamped, with the key Lion named the captain of the AFLPA 22Under22 outfit.
The Brisbane defender, 22, was this week named as the All-Australian full back with his whirlwind week continuing with yet another gong.

The team, named at the AFL Players’ Association MVP Awards, included three of Andrews’ teammates to see Brisbane — which finished second on the ladder — as the most-represented club.

“To be named as captain alongside three Brisbane teammates and quality young players is a huge honour," Andrews said.
"It's wonderful to be recognised by the fans for my work this season and hopefully I can continue that into the finals series.”
Western Bulldog Josh Dunkley was named as Andrews’ deputy captain while Richmond revelation Sydney Stack was named in the team’s backline.

Melbourne ballwinner Clayton Oliver was named in the midfield for a third time in his final year of eligibility.
A 40-man squad was named and then narrowed to the game’s top 22 players under the age of 22 by a fan vote, with players having to be aged 22 years or younger for the entirety of the season including finals.
