THERE are three certainties in life: Death, taxes and fans losing their minds on social media over the umpiring on Grand Final day.
Some would say Crows have fans have every right after Eddie Betts just about had his arm ripped off by Dylan Grimes in the second quarter — in the goalsquare, no less.
“Betts was held, Betts was held, Betts was held,” Seven commentator Brian Tayler screamed.
The free kick would have given the Crows their only goal in the term and brought the margin into single digits.
Half way through the third term, the Tigers were leading the free kick count 16-13, but some Twitter users believed a few of those were fortunate, while the Crows couldn’t buy one.
Will the umpiring be a talking point after the game?

Tiges getting a good run with the umps ðð¼ Crows should be at least a goal closer with Betts being held in the goal-square. #AFLGF
