ESSENDON gun Dyson Heppell has been named the AFL Players’ 22Under22 captain for the second successive season.
Heppell, 22, is one of nine players selected in the side for the second time and Hawk Jack Gunston is the vice-captain.
Twelve clubs have a players picked in the final team and the Gold Coast has a record six.
Fans voted via social media to decide the 2014 22Under22 side from the squad of 45 chosen by the AFL Players’ Board.
