Brian Taylor shares tale of his pre-game bubble bath before Adelaide v Sydney clash
IT was cold and wet in Adelaide on Friday night, and Channel 7 commentator Brian Taylor let everyone know how he warmed up for the Adelaide-Sydney clash.

ANOTHER Friday night game, another Brian ‘BT’ Taylor special.
BT was at his theatrical best during the Swans’ thrilling three-point win over the Crows at the Adelaide Oval on Friday night, but he surprised viewers — and even his fellow commentators — during the second term.
Run home: How will results in Round 23 affect your team?
It was all good fun, but Taylor’s revelation he’d enjoyed a nice soak in the tub after arriving in the city of churches had Channel 7 commentators Cameron Ling and Hamish McLachlan wondering what to say.
BT was commenting on the slippery, cool conditions at the Adelaide Oval when he let viewers know how he’d spent part of the afternoon.
Here’s how it played out:

Taylor: “Been raining, been cold in Adelaide today. The moment I jumped off the plane I jumped into the bubble bath in the hotel. I didn’t leave a lot of water in the bath.
Ling: “I beg your pardon, Brian?”
Taylor: “Oh it was wonderful.”
McLachlan: “Please tell me there’s not going to be a ‘Foaming Brian’?
Taylor: “I’ve never seen it bubble over so much.”
Ling: “Thank goodness for Mitch McGovern and Eddie Betts so I can get that picture of you, Brian, out of my head.”
Today, speaking on radio, Taylor shared more.
“I was feeling a bit under the weather,” Taylor said on Triple M.
“What I never counted on was the displacement theory, that is when you fill a bath up to the top and don’t expect water to go over the edge when you get in at 130kgs - there was a fair bit of displacement.
“Normally you add a little touch of bubble fluff, I put the whole bottle in and the whole bathroom floor was bubbles - it was unreal.”
Despite previous tension between Taylor and the Swans — he wasn’t allowed full access to the Sydney rooms after a win over Essendon earlier this season — he again performed his weekly ‘Roaming Brian' segment.
In fact the post-match continued the ‘bath time’ theme, with BT taking a particular shining to star Swan Dane Rampe’s robe.
Viewers again gave Taylor mixed reviews on social media, but we say keep it up BT.
