Brisbane hasn’t beaten Richmond since 2010 but that hasn’t stopped Jon Ralph — a confessed Richmond fan — from picking the Lions this weekend.
The Lions are hoping to claim the minor premiership for the first time in 106 years when they take on the Tigers at the MCG on Sunday. Richmond has to win to guarantee a top-four spot.
Both teams are on a hot streak — the Lions have won their past nine matches and Richmond has won its past eight, while the Tigers’ 12-match run against the Lions is the longest’ live streak in the AFL.
But Ralphy has joined the Lions’ true believers.
