Who is the Essendon tipping saboteur?

Essendon star and Herald Sun columnist Devon Smith made one extremely eyebrow-raising tip for Round 7, picking Geelong to beat the Bombers on Sunday.

Smith always tips Essendon, so how do you explain the mix-up? He suspects a teammate is to blame, borrowing Smith’s phone to submit his tips on his behalf.

Smith posted on Instagram today: “Just to clear up my tip for the week is Essendon, it’s been a classic stitch-up”.
