The child will be the first for the event manager and wedding planner and her husband, Sydney Swans star Jude.
Bolton announced she was pregnant by posting a picture of a teddy bear with a dummy in a cradle on her Twitter account last Saturday.
"Now that footy season is over, time 2 start planning for the next big event in our life," she tweeted.
"Don't know boy/girl - going to leave it a surprise."
It is not clear how far she is past the all-important 12-week mark, but Confidential understands she will sport a noticeable bump at Monday's Brownlow.
Bolton is understood to be calling several top name designers, including frock king Alex Perry, in a bid to get the ultimate frock to show off her changing figure.
The baby news comes 20 months after the Boltons tied the knot in a lavish ceremony.
Filming has wrapped on Foxtel's WAG Nation, though it is yet to be decided when the series will air.
Bolton will have plenty of people to ask for advice at football's big night, including Rebecca Judd and Erin Maxwell.
In other Brownlow news, Jo McGrady, fiancee of Carlton coach Brett Ratten, will no doubt use Brownlow night as a warm-up for her wedding day.
