The incident, where Harris ran past the ball and elected to bump Randall with a classic hip and shoulder, was graded as careless, with medium impact to the head.
The Blues argued the impact was low and the tribunal agreed, with Harris escaping with a reprimand.
Carlton sit atop Conference B with one win while the Cats are second, also with four points.
Harris said after the game the contact was not intentional.
“I know Pepa so … clearly (it was) not intentional. I just hope she’s OK,” Harris said on the Seven Broadcast.
“Being a tall person, these things happen.”
Former WNBL player Tegan Cunningham was also stunningly cleared after the Demons successfully argued her striking charge was actually not even a reportable offence.
The match review graded her alleged strike on Lion Shannon Campbell as intentional with medium impact to the head, slapping her with a two-match ban.
The Demons had the charge thrown out.
Cunningham is free to line-up as the Dees face the rampaging Kangaroos on Sunday.
