AFL Draft 2023: Top 50 Coates League rankings after round 12

As the Coates Talent League prepares to round the corner towards finals, it was a one-point battle on the Apple Isle that saw two players star. Check out all the SuperCoach points here.

Five goals from Tasmania skipper Tom Beaumont wasn’t enough to secure the Devils a Round 12 victory, pipped at the post by the Northern Knights who landed a last-gasp victory to rival Port Adelaide matchwinner Dan Houston.

The Knights trailed by a point in the dying seconds of the clash at North Hobart Oval before Davin Cameron — who finished the day with 139 rankings points — crumbed the ball from a flying pack in the goalsquare and got it on his boot in one motion to kick the goal and secure a one-point victory.

The Knights dominated the Coates Talent League SuperCoach points in Round 12, with ruck Flynn Riley producing a whopping 244 points in his day out on the Apple Isle.

Teammates Cameron and Kristian Ferronato also delivered big numbers, while Beaumont cemented his spot among the top rankings points average in the Coates League with another 204 points to his name.

The pair were the only players in the competition to produce performances worthy of more than 200 points as the league prepares to charge towards the finals.
