NEW Sydney recruit Tyrone Leonardis has become the 2015 national draft’s Blaine Boekhorst after liking Facebook groups critical of Swans legend Adam Goodes.
The Northern Knights player was taken at pick 51 in the national draft, with the Swans immediately notified about his social media clanger.
He “liked” pages that included “Adam Goodes for Flog of the Year” and “Adam Goodes for W***er of the Year”.
Sydney football boss Tom Harley told the Herald Sun the Swans had immediately been made aware of the posts after he joined the club in the draft.
This is the page. So silly by him. Never thought it would bite him in the arse. pic.twitter.com/Jka7HoOBkJ

Carlton recruit Boekhorst called for Malthouse to be sacked in 2014, with the tweets only emerging after he was recruited by the Blues later that year.
“We have spoken to Ty and he is really disappointed,” Harley said.
“They were groups he joined in February and he is really apologetic. It is a really good reminder of the pitfalls of social media. It is not ideal but he is unbelievably apologetic.
“He is feeling really bad and it is a conversation we will pick up with him when he arrives.
“It is a really tangible example of the dangers of social media.”
Malthouse later joked that Boekhorst’s new nickname was “tweet” after his horribly timed outburst.
Leonardis is a 182cm Northern Knights defender who impressed in five games with Vic Metro this year
