REBECCA and Chris Judd have listed the sleek city pad with “rock star appeal” that was transformed as part of Bec’s hit online home style series.
The couple are hoping to attract about $1.9 million for the chic four-level Prahran property, which comes kitted out with all the on-trend fixtures, fittings, furniture and more from the show.
“All the artwork, linen, cushions, throws — absolutely pretty much what you see is what you get,” said McGrath agent Michael Townsend.
“It’s literally walk up and start living the Prahran lifestyle with the utmost style ... it’s definitely got a rock star sort of X factor to it.”
Season three of The Style School on the rebeccajuddloves.com blog takes viewers on a trip around the four-bedroom home focusing on a different room in each episode.
Mr Townsend said the make over added new bathrooms, flooring and a kitchen with integrated appliances which had “never been used before.”
“It’s got great outdoor space and a light well incorporating a water feature which runs the full length of the four-level building,” he said,
“It’s got an outdoor terrace off the living space with a verdant outlook on that middle floor and the parents retreat upstairs is amazing — it’s a whole floor dedicated to the master suite.
“It’s got a terrace as well, a barbecue area and a bar fridge.”
He added there was even a dumb waiter to transport champagne up to the bedroom.
And proceeds from the sale are set to be donated to a good cause, too.
“They’re partnering with a drug rehabilitation charity based in Pakenham called Windana,” Mr Townsend said.
“So following the sale they’ll look to acquire a property, and we’ll assist them in negotiating a property purchase, in that sort of south eastern corridor which will be used as transitional housing for graduates of the Windana drug rehabilitation centre.”
The Prahran house, at 29 Hinton Lane, was the first home the Judds bought upon returning from Perth when the dual Brownlow medallist joined Carlton.
They lived there for about seven years, including when first son Oscar was born, Mr Townsend said.
The property will be auctioned on Sunday, December 4 at noon.
