Victoria’s tile king Frank Walker has sold his Toorak mansion for a whopping $23.5 million.
The National Tiles founder known for his iconic, and sometimes annoying, radio advertisements spruiking floor coverings, has hit the headlines for a different reason this week after offloading his luxury Melbourne mansion.

The trophy property sits on a 1350 sqm block on the highly-prized Clendon Road.
Designed by architect Nicholas Day the property is one-of-a-kind, and was recently revamped before the sale.
The home, recently had its interiors revamped by Mr Walker’s daughter, Amy Spargo.
Her online photos prove the home is worth every penny of its multimillion price tag, which sources say was $23.5 million, with every room an explosion of colour, character and style.
The home has a conservatory, plush pool, tennis court, landscaped gardens, a private lift, multiple sitting rooms and divine bedrooms.
