Described as the “Uber for property video”, a Brisbane company has launched a new service promising fast-turnaround for property videos.

Leveraging its remote team of iPhone-armed videographers, real estate agents can book a time for video content to be shot at a chosen address, with the company promising a turnaround within two hours.

Brisbane-based business partners Dylan Brunt, 27 and Campbell Morrison, 22, have launched Shotflow, an innovative idea borne during the pandemic.

Recently, Shotflow collaborated with Shaun Birley on one of Graya Constructions projects with building designer Chris Clouts’ at Scarborough’s ‘Seachange’ development.

The campaign received over 20,000 views, over 100 saves and over 145 sends organically.

Mr Brunt said Shotflow was like the ‘Uber’ for property video.

“We essentially produce property content with an iPhone, and agents pick the date and time,” he said.

“Real estate agents essentially go onto the Shotflow app, type in the property address, make the booking, and they’re ready to go.

“It’s all auto-edited within just two hours using cloud editing technology. That’s the innovative break that we’ve made in the industry.

“We’ve got a high-end production value in the property space … we understand what music works well, we’re using premium royalty-free products, and that’s all added automated.”

Mr Brunt said Shotflow was working towards more innovative ways to make the application accessible to all areas of the market.

“We initially developed Shotflow as an application for real estate agents to film their property videos over Covid,” he said.

“We have 60 clients at the moment, and customers are growing.

“Our mission is to make high-quality property videos accessible throughout Australia and New Zealand, all at an unmatched price point of $299.”

“We achieve this by leveraging our remote team of talented filmers and our unmatched technology-driven system.”
