The pandemic also fuelled one of the biggest property booms the nation has ever seen.

Taking both of these aspects into consideration and it’s no real surprise to hear many people have either decided to become real estate agents, or doubled down on their existing real estate careers to take their sales volumes to the next level.

In compiling our list of 50 real estate young guns, we reached out to SA’s largest agencies to uncover their star performers aged 35 and under, and have ranked them by total value of sales for the 2021 calendar year.

From area to age, from average time on market to years in the industry – here’s everything you need to know to find the right agent for you.
