Ever thought of chartering a superyacht with your mates? Well a stunner at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show is showcasing the ins, outs and costs of luxury charters.

Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show attendees keen on chartering a floating palace for their mates or next big occasion, should swing by the Sunset superyacht over the weekend.

The 116ft floating palace can be booked for charter via Yachtsmen International, allowing guests to get out on the water, with every need tended to by a crew, without the hassle of maintaining a boat.

Yachtsmen International marketing manager Deborah Rendle said it was unlike any other boats available for charter on the Gold Coast.

“She can have up to 33 day guests and then we can have up to 12 overnight,” Ms Rendle said.

She said every part of the boat was designed for a roaring good time.

“She’s got a great dynamic crew, they’re a lot of fun ... they always aim to please, so they go 110 per cent,” Ms Rendle said.

“They’ve got a jet surfboard, jet skis, paddle boards, and an inflatable swimming pool.

“It’s got so many entertaining areas. You’ve got a jacuzzi on the flybridge, a hydraulic swim platform that drops into the water so it’s easy access. The back deck is perfect for alfresco dining, it’s just really built with entertaining in mind.

“It’s also very crew friendly so the crew can kind of be out of the way of people and you can enjoy time on the boat while still getting really high level service.”

The boat’s master bedroom is “next-level luxury,” she said, as the room covers the full beam of the boat and has a wrap-around bathroom.

It is $2200 per hour to charter, which Ms Rendle said was “really not that expensive,” with capacity for 33 people.
