The former Russian gymnast who is rumoured to be Vladimir Putin’s longtime mistress is pregnant again, according to a report.
Ex-Olympian rhythmic gymnast Alina Kabaeva, 38, is believed to already have four children with Putin, according to the General SVR Telegram channel.
The Russian President is reported to be shocked over his lover’s latest pregnancy.
It comes amid mounting speculation over Mr Putin’s health after images from the Victory Parade in Moscow showed him coughing, limping and covering up with a thick blanket.
Mr Putin and Ms Kabaeva have only been photographed together a handful of times.
The pair have never officially confirmed that they have children, although sources recently told the New York Post they share seven-year-old twin daughters and two sons.
“Alina has two young boys and twin girls with Putin who were born in Switzerland,” a source told Page Six about Mr Putin’s alleged children. “The kids all have Swiss passports, and I imagine she does also.”
Other media outlets have reported the pair have three children together.
Sources alleged Ms Kabaeva and Mr Putin may have even married in a private Russian Orthodox ceremony.
In 2008, Russian newspaper the Moskovsky Korrespondent ran a story reporting that Mr Putin had divorced his wife and was set to marry Ms Kabaeva. The story was denied by the Kremlin and the newspaper was shut down.
Ms Kabaeva and her children have reportedly been holed up in a private and secure chalet in Switzerland since the beginning of the Ukraine conflict.
Mr Putin — who has two other adult daughters, Maria, 36, and Katerina, 35, from his first marriage to former flight attendant Lyudmila Shkrebneva — has fought hard to shield his children from the media and spotlight
He hardly ever publicly speaks about them, prompting confusion about how many kids he actually has.
Mr Putin and Ms Shkrebneva were married for three decades until their divorce in 2013. Their daughter Maria was born in Leningrad in 1985, while Katerina was born in Germany in 1986 when the family lived there during Mr Putin’s time in the KGB.
Ms Kabaeva is one of the most decorated gymnasts in rhythmic gymnastic history, with two Olympic medals, 14 World Championship medals and 21 European Championship medals.
She was dubbed “Russia’s most flexible woman” and once posed nude, while wrapped in animal fur, for a men’s magazine.
