Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing three new lawsuits from three men alleging brutal sexual assaults described as “frighteningly consistent”.
The incidents took place between 2019 and 2022, according to documents filed in New York’s Supreme Court and obtained by NBC.
The way Combs went after these men was “very consistent, frighteningly consistent, exactly consistent,” lawyer Thomas Giuffra told NBC News. “He would hit them with the drinks, knock them out”, and when they woke up “he’d be raping them”.
One of the accusers alleges that Mr Combs and “his associates from Bad Boy Records” took turns in the sexual assault.
Another alleges he was threatened to remain quiet, while a third said they were filmed during the alleged assault and given cash afterwards.
It’s the latest in a series of lawsuits brought against Mr Combs, who is being detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.
He has pleaded not guilty and maintains his innocence on all charges.
In a statement, Mr Combs’ legal team said the latest complaints are “full of lies”.
“We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him,” the statement said.
Mr Giuffra said all of the men are seeking unspecified damages from Combs and his companies along with a jury trial.
He added that they’re not divulging their identities for fear that “somebody affiliated with him, hired by him, could end their life”.
The three lawsuits also list Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings Inc., Bad Boy Entertainment LLC., Bad Boy Productions Holdings, Inc., Daddy’s House Recordings, Inc., and Sony Music Holdings Inc., as defendants.
One of the accusers, identified as “John Doe”, was claimed in the lawsuit to have been an employee since 2006 and would run errands for the for Mr Combs as CEO of Bad Boy Records.
In February 2020, one of Mr Combs’ assistants arranged a meeting to discuss “missing job payments”.
He became “excessively tired” after a drink and awoke to find Mr Combs raping him on the couch, according to the lawsuit.
A second complaint alleges Mr Combs’ security guards “recruited” a man at a Manhattan nightclub in 2019 for an exclusive afterparty at the Park Hyatt hotel.
“Once Plaintiff entered the bedroom, the room ‘started spinning’ and his mouth became very dry,” the man said according to the court papers.
The man alleged that he tried to resist Mr Combs but blacked out, as a man and a woman were “recording the rape on a camera.”
He was allegedly given $2,500 by the man filming, according to the lawsuit.
In the third lawsuit, a man alleged the sexual assaults continued from 2020 to 2022 in locations including Mr Comb’s mansion in East Hampton, New York.
After having a drink on one occasion, he “began feeling ill and subsequently lost consciousness”.
He alleged in the lawsuit that Mr Combs and “his associates from Bad Boy Records” took turns sexually assaulting and raping him.
