Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs trial: shock new photos and texts tendered as prosecution rests case

As prosecutors wrap up their sex-trafficking case against rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, they’ve pulled out all stops releasing a never-before-seen trove of photos and text messages. See the pics.

Explosive evidence photos from inside Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Los Angeles mansion give a never-before-seen look at the mogul’s dark, twisted and drug-addled lifestyle.

The pics, from the FBI’s dramatic raid on his west coast abode in March 2024, reveal a vast weapons arsenal and drug stash, a look inside Diddy’s bedroom, and countless bottles of baby oil and lube — some stored in fancy display boxes like precious valuables.

The FBI raided the mogul’s sprawling west coast home, as well as his Miami Beach abode, in March 2024, in their investigation into the sex-trafficking, racketeering and prostitution-related crimes Diddy is on trial for.

The jury was also shown new text messages including those between Combs and his former longtime girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

Jurors were shown various messages in which Ventura appears to confront Combs about his violent behaviour toward her.

“I guess I’m not down with abuse,” Ventura wrote in one 2013 text to him.

“I’m hurt,” Combs responded. “I’m tired of this f***ing s***. You think you’re talking to your little f*** boys.”

Then in a 2017 exchange Ventura texted Combs: “That’s not love. That’s possession. I have bleeding cut.”

“I’m not gonna let someone s*** on me when all I’ve been is nice,” Combs replied.

“You don’t treat me like a king … you was acting like a b**** … You’re wack for not keeping it real.”

The jury was shown infamous hotel footage multiple times of Combs kicking, shoving and dragging Ventura in March 2016.

And Ventura – an R&B singer – testified she was regularly roughed up by the I’ll Be Missing You rapper.

Even Combs’ own lawyers during opening statements admitted he was physically abusive toward women.

Diddy, 55, is accused of using his fame and fortune to run a decade-long scheme in which he controlled and manipulated his longtime girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie Ventura, 38, and others using violence and threats, forcing them into “freak-off” sex marathons that went on for days.

The rapper has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He faces life in prison if convicted.

Combs’ ex-assistant Brendan Paul told the court he helped set up multiple “freak-offs” and then cleaned up afterwards for the rapper and his girlfriend.

The witness, who referred to “freak-offs” as “wild king nights”, said he’d prepared hotel rooms three to four times for the hip-hop mogul and his girlfriend.

And afterwards, Paul would go to the rooms and clean up the mess.

Paul put on gloves “for sanitary reasons” when he was cleaning up after the “wild king nights,” he testified.

The sex sessions also sometimes took place at Combs’ Miami and Los Angeles homes and at his girlfriend, Jane’s house too, the ex-assistant told jurors.

He said the rapper once asked him to sample a pink drug concoction at the Coachella music festival to prove his loyalty.

Paul testified the hip-hop mogul asked him to try Tusi – a pink-dyed drug mixture of molly and ketamine – to “see if its good.”

Paul – a former college basketball player and aspiring music producer – said he followed the order because “I wanted to prove my loyalty.”

He testified he made sure his rapper boss was stocked with cocaine, ecstasy and pot — including two strains of marijuana called “King Louis and Sunset Sherbet.”

Paul said he provided the drugs to the Bad Boy Records founder “once a month.”

He also got Combs ketamine, ketamine lollipops called “K Pops” and Tusi.

When Paul bought weed for Combs he would buy eight ounces each of the colourfully-named strains “King Louis and Sunset Sherbet.”

Paul said he would spend roughly A$450 to A$750 to buy a “personal use” portion of drugs, which was typically one or two grams.

However, the personal assistant was fired two-to-three times – including once for forgetting to bring the rapper’s Lululemon fanny pack on a walk.

Paul said the hip-hop mogul expected perfection from his staff and wanted his employees to work like “SEAL Team Six.”

Paul recalled that once around late October, early November 2023, he was canned because “I forgot his Lululemon fanny pack when he wanted to go on a walk.”

“He said, ‘I don’t want to see your face, and you’re fired,’” Paul recounted.

Combs’ former personal assistant also testified he was “absolutely not” a “drug mule” for his rapper boss.

Paul was asked by Combs’ lawyer, Brian Steel, about the description that came from a 2024 lawsuit against Combs.

“You were not some ‘drug mule,’ right?” Steel asked.

“Absolutely not,” Paul replied.

Paul said he wasn’t peddling drugs but rather he was “just transporting Combs’ drugs for personal use.”

“What you are doing is on a few occasions out of 18 months, you are talking about a minuscule amount of times getting drugs, right?” Steel asked.

“Yes,” Paul answered.

Paul was first referred to as Combs’ “drug mule” in a lawsuit filed against the hip-hop mogul by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. That $30 million lawsuit is still pending.

Paul told jurors he bought drugs for the rapper less than 10 times.

He capped off testifying by saying his feelings today toward Combs are “complicated.”
