Two people assessed after car goes into guardrail on Bruce Hwy, Bloomsbury

Delays are expected on the Bruce Hwy in the state’s north after a car crashed into a guardrail on Saturday.

Emergency services are attending the scene where a car has crashed into a highway guardrail.

Emergency crews have rushed to the Bruce Highway at Bloomsbury, where a vehicle has crashed into a guardrail.

The crash happened about 8am Saturday, with two people checked by paramedics.

The Queensland Fire Department confirmed two patients were stable and declined transport to hospital.

One lane has been closed as emergency services attend the scene.
