Police capture suspected car thieves after crash on Queens Rd, Hermit Park
Four juveniles who fled the scene of a crash involving an allegedly stolen car have been captured by police. Find out what happened.

Police have captured the young occupants of an allegedly stolen car after it crashed into another vehicle in Hermit Park on Monday afternoon.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle crash on Queens Rd, in front of Bicentennial Park, which was reported at 1.45pm.
Initial investigations indicated that a Kia Cerato hatchback crashed into another vehicle at the Hughes St and Queens Rd intersection.
“Four juveniles travelling in one of the cars fled the scene but were taken into custody a short time later,” the spokeswoman said.
“The youths involved in the crash have been taken to Townsville Hospital as a precaution.”
Multiple police vehicles, an ambulance, and debris on the road were witnessed in dashcam footage shared from the scene.
Queensland Ambulance spokesman said a pre-teen male was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
