A vehicle has rolled on the Bruce Highway between Townsville and Ingham.
Multiple emergency crews are responding to the incident near Eleanor Creek in Coolbie at 3.30pm.
Queensland Ambulance Service said initial reports were that a single vehicle had rolled.
A QAS spokesman said the occupants had been able to free themselves from the vehicle.
There were no initial reports of major injuries, he said.
Paramedics from Ingham were expected to arrive on scene about 3.52pm.
Queensland Police Service said a white utility vehicle had rolled off the road and that both lands of the highway remained open.
