The final poll ahead of election day shows a hung parliament is a certainty with a record 39 per cent vote for minor parties and independents.
The YouGov poll of 931 voters was taken between July 7 and 18 and released on Friday night.
It showed the Liberals had 31 per cent support, a whisker ahead of Labor with 30 per cent and the Greens at 16 per cent.
